BIOFIL - 1,75 mm - WOOD - 500 g

BIOFIL filament is made of a biopolymer consisting of 100% natural ingredients. They decompose for up to 12 weeks (industrial compost). BIOFIL has a wide range of applications: from machine parts, through decorative elements, dishes, to use in the creation of toys and furniture. BIOFIL prints can be subjected to mechanical processing (grinding, turning, drilling, etc.) and varnishing.

• BIOFIL is not chemically resistant

• The prints are be easily processed, for example, by grinding
• BIOFIL WOOD has a low degree of shrinkage.
• The prints resemble natural wood in their structure.

HOW TO PRINT?

• Recommended print temperature: 170 - 200 °C
• Heated pad: 60-80 °C
• Material flow: 100-110 %
• Nozzle diameter: >= 0,6 mm
• Print speed: 60-80 mm/s
• Cooling: 50 -100 (from the second layer)
